GROUP FOR WOMEN 

Congratulations! If you are reading this, you have survived a very difficult situation and bravely made a decision to care for yourself first. What an accomplishment! Now, you are entering the next phase of your journey: Learning to love and care for yourself and your life. You are probably feeling a bit nervous about the next steps and how you will get to where you want to be in life. What you need is a rock-solid support group that can help you:

 

Manage emotional issues that come up as you heal

Navigate the challenges of life

Learn what goals you want to set for yourself

As a seasoned clinical professional and a professor, I am offering a psycho-educational support group for women emerging from narcissistic abuse.  The goal of this group is to help you move forward with CONFIDENCE. 

 

We meet one Tuesday night a month at 7:00 p.m.   Group attendance is $20.00 and can be paid here on this page. October's upcoming group will focus on skills for valuing yourself, self-love, and learning to prioritize yourself first.
